Program offers leadership skills for ESP staff

Patterns for Leadership Design is a program offered through Professional Development that offers education support professionals the opportunity to develop leadership skills. The goal is to build capacity for leadership, even if your position does not include supervising others.

Applications are being accepted until classes are full.

This is the fourth year that this program is running in our district. Participants have found this training to be valuable and it has helped them better align their goals with the district.

Attendees have opportunities to experience interactive communication, engage in peer activities and be introduced to several models of leadership and skill building practices.

This year’s PLD program begins in October and class size is limited. There is no cost, but supervisor approval is required. If you are ready and able to commit to the full training schedule, please complete and return this application, along with required attachments.
