Keizer Elementary held a coin drive for the Haiti Relief effort. One of our Keizer families donated a penny jar that they had been adding to since the mom was a child. A fourth grade class sold Valentines and delivered them to students on Valentine's Day. All the proceeds went to the Red Cross Haiti Fund.

A student crew from the KKTV morning broadcast performed and filmed a song about collecting coins for Haiti. We used it as our introduction each morning during the two week coin drive. Keizer raised $1077 and sent it to the Red Cross.

Keizer Elementary cares!
