The Power of Vision

When faced with challenges, an organization can succeed by maintaining focus on the vision. A strong vision unifies, motivates, and inspires. It gives staff a reminder of the great destination we're all working toward.

At Salem-Keizer Public Schools, our vision is: "All students graduate and are prepared for a successful life."
